Jungkook was seen roaming about Hongdae randomly today. At first I was quite happy that he’s just out and about in his personal free time like a normal person, and even happily taking photos with fans. But I also found it quite odd.

Usually, idols, and actually Jungkook in particular, likes wearing masks whenever he goes out in public in his personal time in Korea just so to not attract attention to himself (even more odd since their popularity has skyrocketed now in Korea), this time he didn’t bother wearing a face mask. It’s as if he actually wanted his fans to recognize him?

It’s already odd for me to see him walking alone out of nowhere without anyone else with him in Seoul, he usually goes out with fellow members like V or Jimin. But there isn’t even a manager or a hyung with him.  Could it be that he’s stressed about something and wanted to spend time on his own, seeking some comfort somehow? 

Openly meeting ARMYs on his personal time… ? It’s not that I’m unhappy about it, but I feel like there’s something off with him today. Nonetheless it’s nice to see him looking cheerful and happy with them though.

But then again, I feel like he’s somehow doing it to relieve stress. He seemed like he was tired, and by tired I mean more about his mind being unrest. He’s said to have also been watching lots of street performers on Hongdae too. My friend showed me a video of him just walking around and even she told me that by the looks of his dropped shoulders and how he’s aimlessly walking about, he seemed like he ran away from home.

But that’s just me probably overthinking things. But idk guys, I just had a bit of this vibe coming off him that he probably really needed some comfort that’s why he’s out like this, interacting with fans to whomever recognizes him. Even his mannerisms seemed like he really needed a breather. Which is fair, because given how fast his life changed at such a young age, the way BTS have been till this moment, there’s a million things probably going on in his mind and sometimes it really just helps to just wander off.

Dearest maknae, I hope you’re okay.

I hope ARMYs have been of some comfort to you today and not a nuisance, or that you roaming and walking about on your own has cleared your mind a bit.  I hope I’m only overthinking this, and that you’re only legitimately enjoying some alone time. I really wish you’re okay. It’s okay to be alone and slow down. I hope you’re safe. Please always be healthy. 

Well, I guess my hunch was right all along?.. There was really something bothering him so much that he had to wander off carelessly and alone like that.

So I saw this and thought that I should share it with you all. Maybe send Jungkook some comforting messages on Twitter because he seems down :(
